Where are you based?

We are based both in Fontainebleau, Randburg (Gauteng) and Woodstock, Cape Town (Western Cape)

Do you have a physical shop?

We are not a physical shop, however you can contact us to arrange collection.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver nationwide within South Africa

Do you charge for delivery?

Yes, delivery fees are over and above your order.

Do you offer a warranty/guarantee?

No cat toy, bed or accessory sold by Kitty Kuddles is indestructible and does not carry a guarantee/warrenty.

Do you accept returns/exchanges

The Consumer Protection Act only requires a supplier to accept a return if there is something wrong with the goods, however Kitty Kuddles does offer Goodwill/Change of Mind EXCHANGES.


Kitty Kuddles will gladly exchange most items provided the item is:

  • Still sealed in the original packaging
  • Clean and not used or damaged in any way, including the packaging
  • Return within 7 days of purchase


Kitty Kuddles will only refund DEFECTIVE goods

  • To qualify for a REFUND, the defect must be a material/significant defect that renders the goods less useful and not caused by the consumer, neglect, natural or weather related occurrences.
  • Kitty Kuddles will only accept the return of defective goods within 7 days of purchase.
  • The goods must still be in, or accompanied by the original package
  • The consumer will have a choice between a refund OR exchange once the defect has been established.

Can I give feedback and suggestions for your website

Nobody is perfect and we are always looking for ways to improve how we meet your needs. We welcome your feedback, suggestions and/or requests relating to any aspect of Kitty Kuddles website, so drop us a message on sales@kittykuddles.co.za . We will assess your feedback objectively and implement improvements where we can.

When can I expect my order?

Kitty Kuddles wants to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. However, there are a number of logistical factors to consider in the delivery of orders. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery to take place.

Can I pay with cash when the order is being delivered?

We currently do not accept cash on delivery (COD) payments. Your order is delivered by a third-party courier and in order to protect them and the integrity of your order, orders need to be paid in full before they are dispatched.
